Terms and conditions of booking and cancellation

For stays at GIANICOLO GUESTHOUSE

- If the cancellation occurs before 7 days of the arrival date will be refunded the entire deposit paid for reservation reduced the transfer fee amounting to EUR 15.00.

- If the cancellation takes place from the 6day before the date of arrival at GIANICOLO GUESTHOUSE it will incur a penalty of 30% of 'amount of' entire stay

- If the cancellation takes place from the 4th until the day before the date of arrival at GIANICOLO GUESTHOUSE the reservation will be considered invalid and non-refundable.

- In the event of failure to comply with the terms of time required (early departures or late arrivals) will pay a penalty equivalent to the price of an overnight stay.

- The bill is carried in the entirety of the agreed amount on the day of entry into the room and can not be refunded for any reason.
